On a similar note; who thinks we should adopt a bull-pup design?? I know that has primarily been a European thing, but I just fired QBZ-95 last week and that thing was extremely comfortable and easy to use...
Americans are allergic to bull-pups. Notice all the AMAZING BP designs in the last few years? The TAVOR is a brilliant system that was close to being bought out, but was killed in it's infancy...the P90 was way ahead of it's time and could take anything else in it's category (MP7, MP5, etc)...even the AUG had points over our current issue rifles. Well, we didn't adopt a single one of them...because they're foreign, and weird, and plastic, and communist! | |

| Yeah the XCR has been submitted. The Army's also adopting a new 5.56 cartridge, M855A1, to replace the old M855. Here is their presentation on it, apparently it performs better than 7.62 ball ammo. | |
