| As a prop yes, and by prop I mean in a scenario where you have to place it and time it to destroy something. But its never used in the real world as it is in CoD4(as a remote claymore), so if thats what you were thinking then no. Maybe in a casual game but I prefer MilSim so that doesn't fly with me. But at like an open play in the place of a Claymore then go for it. I think it would be really cool to see.

| To enhance the game scenario ? sure, why not,
Emplace, Locate, Arm/Disarm
you can build alot of different scenario´s by incorperating little nick nacks into a game. Just make sure that when you use it, your `` C4´´ look alike, looks nothing like the real thing, don´t want any visits from the MIB, 9mm Lead-6mm plastic ? you don´t stand a chance.

| you could allways take a firecracker and wrap a ziplock bag filled with water and bb's to create an airsoft c4. | |

| well it you want to make a remote mine make a grenade using some kind of explosive (i use a kind of sulfer mix) put it in a tube like a tolit paper tube put the bbs and the explosive inside then put a modle rocket igniter though it and connect a rc car kind of battry with the board and when you would click the move button on the remote it set of the initer blowing it up and this does work if you are within 1 foot you can get minnor burns. i get arond 15 ft good expansion from mine. | |

If you can get minor burns doesn't it mean that there is fire, which results in a forest fire?

| Its best not to fool around with C4 at all. especially for play.
Use a soap bar or something else, but real C4 is just out of the question.
If you want a actually explosive, smokeless powder mixed with a Mg will give a quick explosive flash, no boom

| If I remember correctly that combo can also blind you if you don't have the correct eye protection?
Guys your best bet if you want a bang or some light is fireworks, which I do not recommend either. Smokey says that fire+fall=forest fire!

| Hey I know some people that went to that!
all that stuff is done by trained pyrotechnicians. The stinger(yes its a stinger not something else)shoots wire guided movie prop rockets(like they run along the wire not the actual missle system).

| That place is down in Arkansas I believe. If you want to see the people who did that you can go to airsoft51.com They have some good guns with events every few weeks. The bad thing is the past 2 times I have not been able to go to any of their events due to either I'm going camping or my Dad is on call. It looks like fun though

| Not doing any hating, but you are nuts if you are using home made pyro in your games !!! Not only is it immature, it´s just down right DANGEROUS !! A fire would be the least of your worries, Blindness, Deafness, loss of fingers, or a Limb should be what you keep in mind. Smokless powder, and Mg ? Why stop there ? Mix in a little Al, and Fe oxide and you have a crude form of THERMITE, you don´t have to shoot your apponent, you could burn them out !!!! Home made Smoke, ooohhh thats good, let me know how it goes when you toss that into a building and one of your opponents ends up Dry Land Drowning ! Fireworks ?? Fireworks covered with BB´s ?? Sorry wouldn´t be going onto the field with anybody that wants to use them in a game. First if you are lucky you will only end up with a little ringing in the ears, if you are unlucky you have a ruptered eardrum, pices of BB´s stuck in your skin and maybe even the loss of an Eye or 2. Even if they are small fireworks the danger is just not worth the risk, and sooner or later everybody is going to be trying to out do exerybody else, then comes the real nut case that has covered an M-80 with Ball Bearings, and he decides to toss it into the room, or position that you are defending !!!! Maybe he will be nice enough to visit you in the hospital, and to pay your doctors bills, wouldn´t count on it . We all accept the occasional injury, shot out tooth, blood blister, maybe even a little bleeding, but to start using things that you think will enhance the game, make it more ``REAL´´ but could actualy hurt or cripple somebody, NO THANKS. These are the kind of things that give the Sport/Hobby a Bad name, and make all players look like idiots. Just my thought for the day . | |

| I have some firecrackers left over from the 4th of July. Me and my friends took like 10 of them and put them in an apple to see what would happen(don't worry we put it away from everyone and wore glasses). It ended up just destroying the apple in half. We also got some Easter eggs, put some BB's in them and then we drilled a hole in the top of it.Then we put the firecracker fuse through the hole to make a grenade. It doesn't really work. | |
