| hey guys need some info. Last time I played I had my ghillie on and was perfectly concealed and I was getting ready to take shot at a friend and next thing I know I was being shot at(still shot him first though). When we were done I asked him how he saw me and he said he couldn't see me at all but saw a glare in the sun and shot at it.so I was wondering if any of you guys had some ideas for covering up the glare besides buying a sunshade.any info would be helpful.and if u have story about it please tell | |

| The only real way would be to cast a shadow over the lense so the sun cant reflect off of it, but that would be pretty hard to accomplish. Maybe try putting some sort of mesh like material over it to break up the light? I am just throwing out ideas... | |

| im not sure but i think you might be able to get an anti-glare coating that can help a little, but that is a tough problem...as seabass suggested...being under shade might be the best help | |

| not so sure about this one... I don't think you can do anything to the end of your scope... you need it to be transparent obviously. If you eliminated the glare you would have to make it absorb light somehow and this would make it translucent. Perhaps if you don't mind playing with some sort of shade coating on the lens like sunglasses, but in the woods I think that might severly limit your own visibility. I think the best thing to do is just to be aware of where you are setting up. When you get into your final firing position and settle in... make sure you don't have direct sunlight hitting your scope. This should limit the reflections you send off to any enemies. Just my 2 cents... really have no knowledge here though | |

| My best recommendations would be either cutting mesh out and placing it in front of the lens, or trying a sun shade. The original purpose for the sun shade is to block the sun from blinding you from seeing your target (which will be nice reducing as well), but it also works to solve your problem by putting the lens in shade, reducing the glare on your scope that your opponents are seeing.
