| I say get an M16.They have great accuracy and range. Some are good for customizinge even if it has a carrying handle u can get a scope mount if u wanted to.300 round mags and you can get a box mag if you wanted too.I can choose m16 anyday. My friend has a jg m16vn but not tokyo marui. It has good range and accuracy.Nice length and style.I would have to go for the GandG because it has an adjustable stock and has a metal reciever and good fps.But then the battery is a pain to put in unless you get a routine to get it in.So i would get one w/o adjustable stock because its a lot easier to get the battery in.My computer wont pull up the kwa and the bottom one for some reason. If you are not planning on customizing the m16 i would get the vietnam style.Once again i can't see the other 2 for some reason so ill look at it when i can and tell you more.Sorry for the long post Mods. | |

| I'd get the G&G. They are a really great brand, plus the M16 carbine is SWEEEEET especially with the Canadian waffle style mag.

| not necessarily true...Length of barrel does not contribute to accuracy and FPS. Gas guns and real steel are more accurate with longerbarrels because it involves expanding gases. AEG's use compressed air that does not expand.
A M4 would be just as good as the M16, look at the specs of both

| no because the longer the barrel the longer it is on a straight cource now for that to work you would also have to have a tight bore but it could still work. | |

| You still have friction which does take about 10-20 FPS off your entire shot. No what determines the accuracy of most guns are the weight of the projectile multiplied by the muzzle velocity of that projectile will give you the inertia. yes you are right the longer barrel will help the accuracy somewhat In airsoft, you could have a heavily upgraded M4 and use it as a DMR. ever heard of systema PTW's?
Another thing I should mention is the fact that airsoft 'rifles' have bore barrels, what gives the spin on the bb is the hop up. and a extremely good one will have you hitting 200 yd. with the 280 FPS mauris.

| personally I would go with the G and G gr 16 because of its metal body and great price. Also, I love the carbine style. | |

| Well if you cut through all the people who didn't read it properly/went off topic you essentially have 100% recommendation of the G&G lol

| I am no fan of G&G, so my reccomendation would be the TM A2, only because thier GB´s are some of the most reliable on the Market, the plastic body is a downside, but what good does a Full metal Body do you if the darn thing won´t shoot reliably. | |

| Either of the TM's.
One of the best Hop-Ups on the market, combines with one of the best mechboxes on the market=win!
I don't know about any recent G&G's but the earlier models definitely had alot of teething problems. Around $70 worth of teething problems....
I was really surprised by a KWA M733 that I got to shoot 3 weeks back. It handles VERY nice. Also the wiring is top notch, however the hop-up was just average to me. So if you want a gun with a metal body go for the KWA. otherwise go TM.

| Tokyo Marui M16 Series by far my friend. A Tokyo Marui will last a lifetime and then some, you also got to love the the Vietnam War style to the gun and the customization feature is also helpful to get the perfect gun for you. | |

| Yeah KWA would be my second choice but my first would by far be the TM M16.....450 fps is pretty nice but 3700g or 10 pounds could be kinda hard to hull around my friend | |

| Well my friend looks like you need to hit the weight room "tough boy" haha but Seth you know I like heavier guns....I get steadier aim and They're just more realistic. I know you like light guns because you enjoy scouting/moving frequentyley, and you want to keep it light. | |

| I agree with you both , heavy guns are more realistic , yet restrict your movement , much like real guns usually do . But lighter guns are more manurerable , yet usually less realistic and sometimes less durable . | |

That's true. One thing that I realized was that airsoft is usually faster than real life. Normally I see people in real life shoot semi-automatic with an M16 only using automatic in close quarters.
