Unfortunate Announcement:

Fellow Airsofters:

Many of you have recently commented on this forum and/or contacted me personally about the fear of a hacker. Posts were being edited, accounts messed with, and other weird occurrences were going on here at Airsoft Allies. I commented back saying that it most likely was NOT a hacker, but that I wasn't sure what it could be. I had a few ideas then, but wasn't sure of the exact causes of these unfortunate events. Until....now.

I will not disclose anymore information than what I'm about to share with you:
Unfortunately, we've had some controversy with two of our moderators that have been with us since the beginning. As a rebellion to certain actions I've taken recently they saw it fit to mess with your accounts and your posts. What would cause two grown men to stoop this low and behave so immaturely is beyond me - but it's what we're dealing with now. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that:
1 - this forum is hacker-free
2 - these two moderators have been banned.
3 - I have replaced them with very solid and responsible moderators that will help us keep this forum running smoothly.
4 - I am truly sorry for any inconveniences this incident may have caused you.

Again, I don't want to go into grave detail about this occurrence, but if you do have any questions, please contact me personally. Again, your accounts are safe and there was no hacker! Thank you everyone.

Whew! Glad that's over. I'm so happy that its not a hacker but I'm just astounded that fully grown men would do that kind of thing to an airsoft forum... Oh well...

Yeesh....I can honestly say I'm surprised. I know it wasn't Sticks or Slob, but I'm sincerely hoping it wasn't SeaBass or Roamer!!

Anyhoo, I'm just glad it's taken care of.

I haven't seen SeaBass and Roamer for a while. I wonder where they went...

I'm not going to say anything about this except for one thing.

You can trust in the current moderators, we don't have the time to mess with accounts and such .

To A_S and anyone else who experienced account problems, I'm sorry I can assure you the new mods will be better and more mature than the old ones.

Even though this happened please don't point fingers at certain people on the forum. It may or may not be any of the people who were mentioned, so instead of maybe dishonoring someone please just don't speculate about it on this forum.

Hey , I am sorry to here that . But I am not blaming anybody , and I don't really think that we should judge whoever did this . Their reason is their own , but someone did place a virus on my computer at the time of this so called hacking , but this must have just been a coencidence .

I am also am not going to go into any details reguarding this but I will say the following,

Sticks and myself are not involved and you all can have full trust in this, as to the individuals involved, ADMIN has tasken care to see that they no longer will be messing with the People here.

As to why some people feel the need to do things like this, only they can answer that question and I am sure that thier answers would be just as immature as thier actions are.

Soooo let´s all put our Paranoid Pills back in the medice cabinet, and get back to AIRSOFT .
