Ics is good because of the two piece gearbox it is easier to open and the forward assist will clear jams

Systema if you're prepared for a lot of maintainance and a LOT of $$$ but amazing performance, ICS for very good quality, medium maintainance, relatively high price tag, TM for longegevity, almost zero maintainance, good performance, lower price tag

I would highly reccomend the JG M4A1 mk.2 (metal version) it has a systema style mosfet, high quality construction and at a fraction of the price of the others.

Well I can tell you one thing, do not buy a Tokyo Marui M4 they are mostly made of a semi-good abs plastic, I would probably go with and ICS or Classic Army
Heres a link for a pretty snazy looking Classic Army M4. http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=364_68_545&products_id=2767
Heres another link for a pretty good ICS one.(However the Fps is kinda weak, olny 310) http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_83&products_id=873 Hope i was able to help at all.

The M4 market is so flooded , they are all pretty much the same.
Thus the reason why more and more companies are offering different body syles, Zombie Killer, Special Forces, Silent abd Deadly and so on and on and on.......

All models have thier advantages and disadvantages,
TM, excellent GB´s, more spare parts than stars in the sky, easy to work on,
Plastic Bodies, Sometimes very unstable, over priced

ICS, Easy tuning on GB´s, Solid Bodies, Excellent Quality, Reliable
High End Tuning Problems, Limited in Spare parts ( Compatability ) Over Priced

CA, Cabon copy of TM with full metal bodies, all kinds of Spare parts, easily compatible
with other brands, Dissasembly can be tricky with some models, Way over priced
Now to the new generation of clones,
More and more of these companies have realized that there is a huge market for their guns, most are on along the same par with the big 3 but for less than half the price.

As far as SYSTEMA goes, I realy don´t consider this gun to be in the same League as the rest, it was designed for and used as a PTW.
