easy to make guillie gear

this works best if you have molle gear, but what you do is (and i know everyone hates this place) go to wal mart and get three different colors of fabric dye from the craft dept. the colors vary only to personal preferances because everyone likes something different they should be like $0.97 a piece then go to the dollar tree and buy six $1 mops and dye them 2 to a color when dried cut the strings off of the mops and sort them into random orders and tie them to some alice or molle clips and insert them into your gearin any order. you can do the same for boonie hats.

this works best if you have a full molle vest and molle dropleg platforms

also doing this can make it to were you can wear your vest over your guillie to better access your gear and still be consealed to the enemy

another easier way is to just buy the pre dyed burlap strands
a pound of burlap in any 1 color with 9 colors to choose from ,runs about $11 but its worth it

this can also be done to tac vests thats are made of mesh just stick it through and knot the ends but do it 1 strand at a time in any random color pattern

Wow I thought of doing that for a hat when you said the mop thing, I think I'm going to try it and see how well it works.

yeah i may try it my friend just got a ghillie suit off of airsplat for bout $90 but don't much like it thoguh its real bulky and catches everythang in the woods lol im proly gonna do this... and maybe try to get some on my gun 2

i am currently working on a prototype using a $5 blaze orange, mesh hunting vest i bought at walmart
and im using 6, 300ft. rolls of jute twine that i bought at the dollar general for a $1 a piece (not all dollar general stores carry this)
i will be cutting them into 12in. strands and dying them
yes the vest is blaze orange but im dying it with the strands of twine (the vest is 100% polyester, it can be dyed but it takes longer to set in than most other fabrics do)
i'll be skipping around leaving a few gaps so i can put some iron on camo patches in with it
the camo patches serve as a means of attaching foilage from what ever terrain your in
as soon as is finished i'll be adding pictures so keep checking in but please be patient installing over 6000 strands of burlap by had is time consuming (well at least i wont be bored)
