Is a pulse r73 a good gun 4 airsoft?

Hey im new 2 airsoft, and i just got my new Crosman Pulse R73. Can anyone tell me if this was the right choice of gun 4 airsoft?

Its an alright gun. One of my friends had i but again, its a Crosman so it will brake just like his did.

R72 best gun ever

The R73 is a good gun for a first gun, but if you are getting really into airsoft you are gonna need a good gun. It really depends on your price range. Here are some suggestions.

$50-$100 - CYMA AK47

$100-$150- Any guns from JG or Echo 1

$150-$200- CA Sportline guns or High end echo 1s

$200+ I don't even have that kind of money

Ok no anything with Crosman stamped on it that has to do with airsoft is absolutely not fit to use on a professional airsoft field . Crosmans have a low fps low rof plastic gear box and not very durable . Instead if you are new to airsoft look at the JG or the Echo 1 or even the D Boys brands brands as the are pretty good and low cost airsoft gun makers . By the way any airsoft gun that is clear isn't a good airsoft gun . Here are some links to some of the airsoft guns that I reccommend below .

Also and remeber don't spend under one hundred dollars for an airsoft gun unless you ask the forums first please . This will save you a whole bunch of trouble . Thank You .

No. Like everybody else said look for a gun that isen't sold in a sporting goods store. Look for guns online and at your local airsoft shop they will have the best selection. Airsoft is an expensive sport you need to be willing to put down good money for some guns and gear.

not really, i bought my last crosman guns a year ago and it broke a few months ago, it was $100 they shouldnt break like that.

They shouldnt but they do . There are two types of airsoft . Toys and Equipment . We use Equipment made by UTG JG Echo 1 Classic Army and Tokyo Mauri . While little kids play with thr toys that are made by Crosman Cyma and Firepower .
