holosight major issue

Ok the holosight for my SCAR when I replace the batteries in its like the batteries force the piece out... and yet I put new bateries into it a few days ago.

well ok I go to put the piece with batteries back on and when i try to get it all the way back to its locking position it doesnt go easily...I have to force it in but first time i changed them it was smooth

i don't know i don't own one it is just my brother has a good eo tech one and i changed the batteries once
