| I have almost no experience with internals with any airsoft gun, and Im scared to learn on my new Echo 1 G36k.
So how are some easy, inexpensive ways to decrease the FPS? | |

| You could probably loosen the spring then short stroke your barrel. It lowers your FPS slightly AND it gives you a slightly higher ROF.
Most CQB players Ive known have did this, or they bought a TM. | |

| hey, LW, my rifle shoots about 400 fps. my range's limit is 330. any way for me to bring it down that far? "Watch your language", i'll settle for 350 and i'll just buy some velocity reducers. | |

| You can probably weaken the spring, and here is guide on all the basic teeth-shaving methods. However using different ratio gearsets, titanium pistons...ect you may run into a few problems.
Now I am not sure how but you could weaken your spring by cutting and stretching. I don't really like doing this because I am not sure about the exact math...WWSD (WHAT WOULD SLOB DO!?!?!?!) | |
