Magpul PTS MOE Handguard

Will this fit an this gun (below) without modification? Also, where is the cheapest place to purchase this? I prefer evike.com, but I've found it for $10 less other places. Thanks.

You shouldnt have any problems becuase the E1 you're looking at is "carbine length". Some slight modifications to the delta ring may be in order, but probably isn't needed.

I asked the same question but unfortunately it wont...

What you'll need to do is to buy a delta ring, that is screwed on,
and a delta ring TOOL to take it/put it on, it uses a special tool which i find RIDICULOUS.

Would cost you 20 bucks with the delta ring, and an extra 30-40 for the wrench, and add the handguards..
