PostSubject: 3 years airsoft, time for to mix it up a little.   Sun Nov 01, 2009 5:22 pm

Hey everyone, first I want to say something to the mods. I know this isn't my only account, I lost the password and couldn't remember the Username of my previous one, I haven't been on in months, maybe close to a year, so I couldn't figure out what to do but to make a new account. if the old account is still here, you can just delete that one, thanks!

Now that thats aside, heres my intro. I have played for I believe 3 years, I never really paid attention to when I got into airsoft, it just kinda happened. But after three years, I think I want to go full hog on being a sniper. There have been numerous times where I get read to take the plunge, buy the equipment, but I always backed out, but I think this time is the time. I'm looking at a BAR-10, I already got to handle one and learn how to work on them, so thats a step in the right direction. I'm 16, turning 17 in december, and I ge a year to practice before I can go over the 400FPS mark. I figure it'll be good practice because I won't have the luxury of an extra 150FPS. When I turn 18 I can be considered a sniper by state rules, and go up to 550fps. Currwently looking into gear.
Currently I own only a few guns, a AA L85, and a SR-47. The Sr-47 started as a JG, built it up, and now I hate it because of its many flaws. Thinking of selling it sometime.

Thats me.

What kind of sniper system are you looking at? Spring/Electric?

And welcome back.

Bar-10, it was in the third line of the main paragraph Laughing not interested in a Gas system, I live in the Appalchian mountains of NC, it can get pretty dang cold here, and I don't really want to try and get an AEG up to the level of sniper. Springs so much easier, if you don't mind the bolt pull.
