Grenade Launcher

Ok. So i am looking into getting a grenade launcher and can't spend anymore than $225 total+ shipping. I want a stand alone launcher (i am fine with getting a standalone grip and mounting the launcher via ris). Also, i do not use green gas, only co2. So in the 225 this is what i came up with.

I already have the co2 tank as i play paintball occasionaly (terrible, i know).

So tell me what you think about this setup, as this will be my first launcher and have no experience whatsoever. If you have reccomended substitutions, or even a totally new loadout, please post them.
