PostSubject: Airsoftgi.com tracking   Airsoftgi.com tracking Icon_minitimeSun Mar 21, 2010 12:10 am

today is saturday 3/20/2010 . I ordered my gun from airsoft gi on monday and of been tracking it and all of a sudden it says when i try to track it "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again". why ? it was telling me where my package was before why does it all of sudden say theres no info on it ?

NEW QUESTION: Another question . Is ups closed on the weekends. if so that would be why my packages are making no progress.

You have already made a topic on this, and could have updated it with this information. If it said before that it was going to send it, then it will. Contact UPS if you are really worried. There could be many possible mistakes, but you could have very easily typed it in wrong?

Yes. I contacted UPS, and they explained the problem to me. I would recommend that to you.

Don't worry about it UPS doesn't just lose packages and if they did they would take full responsibility and refund you. Packages are only misplaced or damaged once in a blue moon and the moon is pretty white tonight. Sometimes the computer work just gets a little backed up or entered in wrong.

This has never happened to me, but honestly, I wouldn't be that worried. Wait till Monday, maybe call UPS on Monday and see whats going on.

The just "Watch your language" up my order and fixed it 5 minutes later. They told me not to be so "Watch your language" excited about something that is going to happen at the same time anyways.

If they're shipping to your address:
UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m...
Business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.

If they're shipping to a UPS store for your pick-up:
Visit http://go.mappoint.net/ups/PrxInput.aspx, throw in the store's info...and go to the "Hours of Operation" tab.

Its quite possible that a flight carrying your package was delayed...
Its quite possible a truck carrying your package broke down...
Its quite possible they just forgot about you Very Happy heheh jocolor

You should be fine...but generally if they go more than 4 days over your ETA, they've lost it or it was seized.

Yup. When I ordered a chest rig from this surplus store in Vermont, I didnt get an update until 2 days before I actually got the package.
Took 2 weeks to ship with standard ground.

Problem with standard ground is that they put you at the bottom of the list.
Meaning, they'll "throw ya in when they have room".

You'll be fine.
If you want some reasurance, contact the store.
If you call on a weekday, ask if Chris Durkee is there...I sometime just go and chill there after school Very Happy
