I'm going to say the G&G. I've had really good experiences with that brand.
CA has dropped off in quality in the past from what I understand...

I'll second the G&G. They're decent guns for the price from my experience with them. You get solid G&G internals and probably one of the strongest and nicest plastic bodies on the market.

CA stuff is ok i guess but if i remember right they are very picky on aftermarket parts or non-CA replacement parts.

Yeah, from what I understand, the Sportlines are all pieces of crap.

I'd say G&G because AirsoftGI bases most of their custom guns on G&G/Combat Machine M4's. They have some of the most durable plastic bodies available in airsoft, plus great internals. I'd buy one if I had the money. They're good stuff!

G&G is much better than CA, but KWA will be the best bet. They have great internals and externals for just a few more dollars

Sportline CA's are garbage. My locale shop is liquidating their entire stock of sportline CA's in an effort to just get rid of them.
On the other hand, I hear the G&G series is just geting better and better.

That depends on the RIS system but usually the answer is no. You'll need to get a PEQ box, battery bag, or wire the gun to the rear and get a new stock to hold the battery.

If you want RIS on your M4, just get a G4 off AirsoftGI.com. Built off the G&G Combat Machine and some (all?) come with crane stocks so no PEQ is needed.

He's got a very good point, they're basically the same gun but the ASGI's G4's just have added goodies

The only ones That i saw on there were blowback I think thats cool and all but I want the ROF so I think I will go with the peq2 box

Stock G&G's (G4 series on ASGI) have great ROF already. No reason to upgrade IMHO.
Go check out some videos, you will be surprised.

Mine is in the low 20's.

I believe the blow back does not mess with the ROF. So don't worry about, still go for a G4.
