Starting a team

Hey. Me and my friends have been playing airsoft for the past year or so and we would like to try to start a team. First we need some advice like what would the minimum amount of people a team should have and should we assing roles such a sniper, spotter etc? Also, how do we go about joining a league? Also any other advice that you might have. Thanks

first off find whos interested in playing also don't forget you could always be an elite squad thats how i started out almost like mercenarys but we only sometimes ask for payment somehow commanders call upon us to fight battles for them hold postions and such
