Should spray silicone lube down the barrel and in my magazines?

Spraying it down the barrel and letting it run down into the gearbox is a quick and easy to "clean" your gun. Just be sure to clean the barrel afterwards and then run like a high-cap or two worths of of BB's threw the gun. As for mags it's something you can do but not something you need to do in my opinion. I hate doing since the silicone gets all over and takes forever to drip out leaving the mag a greasy mess. Plus it gets all over the BB's which in turns screws up your accuracy.

What about a bolt action sniper rifler? Is it nessacary for springers?

NEVER NEVER NEVER put lube down your barrel. if you do then you will need to disassemble you hop-up and clean everything. a little but now and then on your mag followers is fine.

Is that for all guns, or just spring?

All of them. Shoot some silicone up the loading nozzle in the magazine well.

I've been spraying silicone and dropping a few drops of rem oil down the barrel for all my AEG's. Never once had a problem with doing it.

its fine and dandy for AEG but it will really f-up a BSAR

Ah my bad, i thought you talking about AEG's.

Ok I will use it on my AEGs and do what mgunner said for my bolt-action.
