We Tech Metal Desert Warrior

I'm thinking of buying this gun, it runs on propane or green gas, I wanna use propane for certain reasons (accuracy, cost) but my parents are afraid its to explosive, they think its not a good idea to be carrying around a flammable propane container... if I'm careful should I be safe? Please post opinions

It is dangerouse, and large, so I don\'t take it on the field.

As long as you don't make it leak and put a match next to it you will be fine. With the propane adapter you can't really discharge gas unless you put it into your magazine.

that looks like a pretty sweet gun.

I know its awesome, I might just get like 5 clips and not refill at my wars.

lol that's alright, im a noob too.

regarding that pistol. i used to have it. when filling up the mags. make sure you give it about 3-4 jabs for a few seconds each in order to get maximum gas efficiency.
Shoots well. I recommend it.

First off...don\'t refer to airsoft skirmishes as "wars". Adults don\'t like that and it makes it look like your just a bunch of kids playing "war battle". Be mature when your talking about airsoft. Explain to the Ol' Rents that just because its a gas and you put it into a airsoft gun that doesnt mean its going to be exposed to open flame...ever..

As long as you don't have an open flame next to the propane bottle while you're filling the mag or next to the gun when you're firing it, it's perfectly safe. As long as you don't carry a lighter everywhere with you like some people around here there should be nothing to worry about. As long as you're responsible with it, there's no way to could just randomly burst into a fireball on its own.

also be careful not to put your propane tank out in direct sunlight. as it will cause the gases inside to expand and cause a probable explosion.

the 1911 holds about 15 rounds in each magazine.

remember though with propane to use silicon lube with the adapter (every 2 mags put 2-4 drops of silicon lube into the adapter)
