[WARNING] Possible EVIKE virus

A few minutes ago I was going to print off some airsoft targets from Evike for a friend. I googled "evike targets" and clicked the link (stated as airsoftpost.com) and it instantly redirected to some site with "juggle" in the URL and then Firefox crashed and some fake security windows and scans popped up. I closed them, re-opened Firefox, but it wouldn't even let me open Google or any webpage, saying that "Visiting this site may pose a security threat to your system!" All cookies/cache cleared... nothing. Tried it with Chrome... same thing. Now the stupid fake scanners keep popping up saying I have 72 viruses in "C:/Program Files/Hummingbird" which is a directory that doesn't even exist on my computer. It's saying something about a bunch of different keyloggers and trojans but I don't trust it seeing as I don't have a virus scanning program in the first place.

TLDR; My computer is broken and it was working fine until I visited Evike.

P.S. This is happening on my laptop; I'm on the desktop PC at the moment.

Evike has been known to steal credit card information and go on spending binges...but I've yet to hear anything about malware.
However, it does sound like your laptop was infected prior...given that you say you don't have virus scanning.

I went ahead and tried baiting a malware attack...but I've yet to get a hit.
The fact that you were redirected from the Airsoftpost page does definitely raise flags, but that sort of thing is also common with Trojans.

Not surprised. Evike has been trying to screw people over since the dawn of time...

Update: Evike is free of accusations.

Figured out that it was a school computer, which infected my flash drive, which infected my home computer. Whole school network has to be scrubbed. Now I have no way to get my Computer Tech project to school because my flash drive will get infected again and the school doesn't give access to emails..... And my computer is still infected. Woooooooonderful.

Bin Laden is still a target on their page
