Some minor improvements can be made to your GB and gun its improve its performance and the guns performance.

Since our guns are all Air operated the biggest problem is locating and removing Air leaks, some of the improvements are just a simple as replacing the `` O ´´ ring on your piston head with one that is slightly larger, givving you a better seal inside the Cylinder, others are a little more complicated, such as Sealing your Nozzle.

Most quality Bore Up kits, and Good Quality Nozzles are now being made with `` O´´ rings installed, but the market is still flodded with Standard run of the mill nozzles that are a major source of lost air pressure, so here is a Modification to help eliminate the problem.

What´s required,
Your nozzle,
An `` O´´ ring that fits Snugly, but not tight onto the Nozzle of your Cylinder Head,
Some fine Grit sand Paper

The first step is to Sand down the base of your Nozzlr to half its original base thickness, be careful not to sand to much away,

Next you sand down Both sides of your `` O ´´ ring until it is flat on both sides and has a thickness of Approx 1MM, Do not clean off the Sanded Rubber,

Now comes the Tricky part,

Put some super Glue on the end of your sanded Nozzle, being carful that none runs into the nozzle, you get one shot at this so it has to sit the first time !!
Center and set your `` O ´´ ring on the nozzle,

If you happen to get a little Glue on the outside of the Ring like I did, don´t worry, let the nozzle dry, and 1 or 2 passes on the sandpaper will remove it.

your completed Nozzle should look something like this,

To test that you got it right, set the Nozzle on your Cylinder Head, it should fit Snug, and slide along the Metal nozzle with a slight resistance.

The next area where there is almost always an Air Leak,

The Cylinder Head and Cylinder,

A good way to see if you have a leak is to check the area around your Cylinder Head when you Dissasemble the GB, If you have a leak you may see a `` V´´ form of grease or Oil around the seal on the Cylinder Head. Most Guns will develop a leak here over time, due mostly to the fact that the oils and greases used in the guns when they are put together are Petroleum based, and they eat rubber.

This Mod can also be seen as Preventative Maintainence, do it before you have a leak.

Take your Teflon Tape and put 1 Tight wrap around your Cylinder Head, Remember the Direction in which you wrapped the Cylinder Head.

Trim off the excess Tape,

Remembering the Direction you wrapped the tape, Turn the Cylinder Head into the Cylinder to its proper location, You may have to set the Cylinder assembley in the GB Shell to get it just Right.

This MOD is probably the oldest one, and the most simple, and following the Laws of Nature Smile the simple ways are always the best Wink Wink
