Here's the thing with those descriptions, especially through AirsoftMegaStore. You can never really know for sure if they're telling the truth or not, or to what standards they tested the FPS to. For example, many retailers will test their rifles with .12g BBs, which no-one should ever be using, just so they can throw out a high FPS to attract buyers who don't know better. Also, and I'm not sure about this gun in particular, but if you look around at different sites for the same gun, the FPS will usually range in differences of 50-100 FPS! So basically, the outputs are usually unreliable. That may not be true for every retailer, but most.
As for your particular gun, I assume you're talking about the JG M4 CQB? I would assume with .20 gram BBs it'd be shooting around 360-400 FPS out-of-box. The only reason I say those numbers are because that's a typical standard FPS for JG/Echo 1s stock. But I could be wrong.
