| I would not recommend using Lipo they destroy even the best gear boxes over time.
Unless you want to buy a new gear box ever 6 months - 2 years (depending on how hard you are on it and how much you use it.)

| Yeah you can use the Lipo its definitely ready but if you want your gun for around 3 years (if you take care) Use the 10.8 or a 9.6 numchuck | |

| Shouldn't have any trouble running a li-po on a G&P but you don't really need 25bps playing airsoft either and have more stress put on your gearbox to boot. Stick with a 9.6, it'll give you all the firepower you need. | |

| Yeah like iliveforthis said it puts unnecessary strain on your gear box. Run a 9.6 and have a back-up for all day endeavors. | |

| Stop, Stop, Stop, !!!
Choosing a Battery,
It dosn´t matter what type of battery you are using, as long as it fits to the type of set-up you are running.
Increasing the Battery size and capacity will increase the GB performance, and all your increases should co-incide with the upgrades in tuning that you do to the GB.
On a standard GB running a 11,1 Lipo will give you an incredible ROF, your BB´s will come flying out so fast it will look like you are using a White Laser, but with the increased ROF you will be chewing up standard pistons faster than you can replace them.
The benifit of Lipo batteries is the compact size, and later, after doing Power and ROF increases to the GB you can maintain the desired ROF, and for High Power set-ups ( M150 and above ), it is much easier to carry a few Lipo´s in a cargo pocket, than carring a butt pack full of 12V large types.
Think of your GB like a car motor, a standard motor ( unless it´s a lemon ) with the proper care will last for years, the more performance that you try to squeeze out of it, the shorter the life span, and when you bring it up to professional racing level, the motor is only good for 1 race then it hase to be rebuilt or replaced.

| 15 BBPS is respectable for a standard gun, go with your gut feeling, the 9,6V is more than enough. | |
