| Does your team use ranks and if so what is your rank. I am a 4 star Brigadier General on our team and the next 2 highest ranked members are 3 star generals. | |

| That makes no sense, a 4 star general is simply called general, followed by Lieutenant General at 3 stars, Major General at 2 stars, and Brigadier General at 1 star.
So your ranks would follow General, Lieutenant General, Lieutenant General, Lieutenant General, etc.
Edit: This is the same for each branch of the US military at least, excluding that the navy has different names for its ranks, and the army and air-force have one extra rank during war time. I don't know where you live or how your countries ranks might work, but I'm sure it is not too far removed.

| That was harsh. I got that Info off several different sites and thats how its listed. The marines ranks in all of them and they all said that 4 stars=Brigadier Im going by what they said. | |

| To AFU: The Navy also has one extra rank during wartime. One can only attain 'Fleet Admiral' during a period of war. (5 Stars)
In my own personal opinion, unless you have at least 50 people working under you on your team, giving yourself the rank of General is just a way of inflating your ego. Its not necessary. If you are, in fact, the one in charge, then you should just accept the role of 'Squad Leader.' There is nothing benefiting your team from calling you 'General.'

| Ah thank you then and we have ranks to show experience not really power. Yes I do lead my team but my people don't call me general but in the field only during a game will they take an order. | |

| Hi - at Reconalpha (a team of about 18 when everyone can be bothered/get away) the top rank is a Captain and the second in command (me) is a Sargeant. For the size of team that seems about right to me. Having a General (of whatever Star status) in charge of a small group doesn't feel right. From a practical point of view Generals are guys don't normally get their hands dirty never mind covered in crap like we do.
