| I have become a world war 2 fanatic and plan on getting the m1a1 thompson and a side arm, the problem I can't seem to find any really good american pistol. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. (I am looking for a gbb but a non-gbb would be acceptable.) | |

| Ya the caspian would be the best buy. It's a blast to shoot and it feels very sturdy. If your going for a WWII loadout, thats the gun to get. | |

| You need to watch the Caspian mags closely, they have a tendency to leak very soon.
KJW, and TM both make awesome 1911's. The KJW 1911 is around $120 depending on the store, and the TM is between $140-150 usually.

| No thats the MKII. It's modeled after the Ruger MK1. It's an american target shooter gun. It's not meant for combat, nor is it Japanese in any way. I own one myself and it shoots 420 FPS right out of the box | |

| The WE 1911 , and that is a pretty good gun . If you want an American side arm go with either the WE 1911 or the Browning High Power . Check out this site , www.ww2airsoft.com and it really is great for WWII airsoft and guns . Check it out it really really is a good site . The site is good for WWII airsoft and other WWII airsoft stuff .

| Thanks for all the help, I think I will get the kjw. My friend just got the caspian and after two weaks the mag started to leak, but it was wicked cool when it was working. Also if anyone wants to get into ww2 airsofting they do make a nambu (japanese) and many german ones. I have been looking at the TM but I'm not sure if I want to pay that much for a pistol and save up for another AEG. | |
