| Hello everyone, first time on the forums and certainly not the last. I own a Echo 1 Aug and I am looking to upgrade it. I'm not really concerned with the rate of fire, I'm more interested in better accuracy. The only idea I've came up with so far is a 6.03 inner barrel. What are some other upgrades worth looking into? | |

| Depending on the FPS level of your gun a 6,03 Inner Barrel will improve your accuracy level, other parts to look into are a Hard Rubber Hop-Up ( FireFly, Kurage Spicy, Madbull Shark ),
What kind of power are we looking at, and what weight BB´s are you using ??
Too light BB´s in a high Power gun, has the exact same affect as using BB´s that are to heavy for a low power gun, Poor Accuracy an Range.
Also, invest in quality BB´s, this is probably the Largest factor to improve your Accuracy.

| I'm currently using Matrix .2 gram bbs bought from evike. The gun is running on what I can tell is an 8.4 volt battery. I'm planning on buying .25 gram bbs when I get the 6.03 inner barrel. Also does it matter if the hop-up is metal or hard rubber? | |

| The Hop-Up Buckling and Nubbing is Rubber or Silicon, The Hop-Up element is either Metal or Plastic,
The Hard rubber Hop-Up Buckling and Nubbings are designed for guns shooting above the M120 Level, Silicon, or Soft rubber Bucklings are for everything under that level.
What is important is that the HOP-Up elements maintains its setting, as a general rule, a metal Hop-Up element holds its settings better.
What FPS is the Gun shooting ??

| I would reccomend getting the MadBull Shark Hop-Up Buckling set, they come with both the Hard Rubber and Silicon Hop-Up buckling and nubbing.
With those fps levels I would first use the Silicon with either .23g or .25g BB´s.

| I have a nice scope, but that is another problem I have. I can't look down it because my mask doesn't allow me to rest my cheek properly. I've been trying to figure out a solution of possibly off centering the scope with a side mount but no luck so far. | |

| Lol good save Spl. Durkee , but well anyway , Joker you probally need to use some goggles I do , as as a matter of fact just about all Snipers and Dms do because of that very same reason of yours . But if you are looking from a mask to match your name , here is a pretty good looking and cool looking one . | |

| Well Alabama, I know alot of airsoft fields that are requiring full paintball-style masks now. I think that might be his situation (mine too). Goggles are prohibited at those kinds of fields so unless you get a scope riser, you're screwed. | |

| An option I've thought of is getting a neoprene mask and wearing it with custom glasses, as I use perforated metal as opposed to lenses because of fogging. The neoprene would not be as rigid as a regular mask, therefore allowing for the right amount of "closeness". Alabama_Sniper that is the mask I currently use, which btw is really cool. I'm wearing it in my avatar pic. I fixed the goggle problem by making custom lenses from perforated metal and then glued them into the inside of the mask. | |
