| I'm deciding between 3 different guns to use in a skirmish or backyard field (I don't want a CQB gun). This is what i've read about them:
Dboys SCAR: -I've read too many reviews of this weapon. Full Metal. It's good but the battery that comes with it is crap (so another $30 or so to spend). Some loose screws but not many. Has good accuracy with .28gram BBs (so more money for BBs). Fully Ambidextrous, has horrible rear sight (so spend more money on red dot sight) BUT performes crazy. Has good ROF, around 430 fps with .2g bbs and drops around 20-30 fps with .28s. Will easily own any gun on the field. Sometimes misfeeds with the high cap magazine. Extremely hard to remove the flash hider to screw on the extended barrel. Costs $195.
Echo 1 SCAR: -Copy of the Dboy's SCAR. Full Metal. Only difference is that the Echo 1 has metal bushings. Everything else is exactly the same. This gun comes with a 30 day warranty. Same thing with the flash hider. Costs $235.
Echo 1 Stag-15 Commando: -Plastic gun. Has great accuracy with .2g and .23g (no money on BBs for a month or so) but has 350-380 Fps only. The battery it comes with is terrible. Not Ambidextrous, but has great sights. 900 RPM (Both scars have around 750-800). Comes with 300 Rd magazine (both SCARs do too). Flash hider is hard to remove but i probably won't need to for this gun. Costs $175.
I think i want to go with the Dboy's SCAR because it's cheaper than the Echo 1; but its full metal, which makes me want it more than the stag-15. The only thing stopping me is that the Echo 1 has metal bushings (not sure what difference that does) and i don't want to spend $195 and have it mess up when i could have spent $40 more for a longer lasting gun. Also, the Stag-15 has 30+ reviews on multiple sites and all of them give it a 4.5+ rating for $20 less.
Which do you think i should get?

Which do you think i should get? Metal bushings will keep it from breaking. Get the Stag 15. And it's accuracy is horrible with a .2, average with a .23, and great with a .25

| Out of those, the E1 Scar. But I wouldn't get the E1 "Stags," as I know many people who have problems with them. Instead get a G&G for around the same price. (AKA COMBAT MACHINE) - Quote :

I spent $30 on 2 batteries! Don't buy from an airsoft store, they are WAYYYY overpriced. I use 2 8.4v batteries I got off ebay, and my dad uses 2 9.6v batteries also bought off ebay. HERE YOU ARE MY GOOD MAN! http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m570.l1313&_nkw=airsoft+batteries&_sacat=See-All-Categories

| The Dboy's Scar seems easier to find available. Do you think I should go ahead with that or wait another 3 weeks and buy an Echo 1 Scar then? I think i'll just wait it out. | |

I used to have a STAG. Never had ANY problems with it, and it was pretty durable too.

| Still, IMHO the "Stags" are good, but for the same price you can get a much better G&G or Combat Machine. Wait for the E1, because metal bushings make a difference. (BIG TIME)
Plus, DBoys isn't good | |

| Have you considered the Airsoft GI G4 series? I've hear good things about them, and they're in stock now too! | |
