BASIC LEADERSHIP TIPS

First Off
- Make sure everyone knows there place ( sniper, gunner, decoy ,etc )
- Use what you have...cause its all you got
- Try to fray from leaving spring snipers by themselves or to far away from reinforcements
- DO NOT group together try to keep it around a tight 3 squad
- CHECK YOUR FIRE, you never know who you could be shooting (friendlies,already "dead" players)

Stick by these and a few other rules and just cover each other and it should work out

How about,

Treat your Team mates the same way you would want to be treated,
Know your Teams Strength and Limitations,
Use your teams skills to the Maximum of their Limitations,
Correctly judge the current conditions of your team members in comparison to the goals that need to be accomplished,
Mission, Men, Me, always. no excuses, no comprimise.

Agreed Slob and Tanks right making sure everyone has a class and knows how to play in it will strengthen your team.

hmmm risky but agreeable

I can't more agree with the check your fire tip. I don't know how many times ive gotten out went to the dead player zone and than gotten shot at. Also make sure you have a basic idea of where your squads are. So you can avoid friendly fire.

Yeah i hate the 11 year olds who shoot my snipers after they've been hit not even once like 50 times

Thats why I don't get hit =] I avoid that all together.

I hate when you make it obvious when you get out to and then go to the out spot. Then you take off your jacket and helmit and all that stuff don't even have a gun in your hands and some d-bag decides to shoot you anyway.

Thats happened to me before. Some kid used all his ammo in his high cap and had a bottle of 1000rnds with him so he "asked" we to wait for him to refill it. So I just ran up to him and pumped about 40rnds into him. He was pretty pissed off.

Yeah i'm going to put that "tactic" into play seems to be acceptable

i hate it when playing a backyard game and the defending team is stupid and before i call it they have gone up and as soon as i go they're there ven tough they are DEFENDING

As for leadership tips in airsoft, look after the guys you are leading!

If they look like they need water or a break, then they probably do.... If someone tells you to take a drink or eat then I would do it, and I would do it ASAP. Other people can see whats wrong with you easier than you can feel it. Especially if you have lots of Adrenalin pumping through the veins.

Also, airsoft is not the military. Do not treat the people under your command like you think they would treat people in the military. If you do you will probably find that you have a mutiny on your hands.

Yeah i try to look after my guys were still deciding on what guys are where and who does what perminantely testing who does what best

*try to use the sniper and DM WITH the riflemen and support to the best effect
*tell the plan well before the actual mission if possible

ALWAYS COMMUNICATE TO YOUR TEAM don''t leave one guy out of the chain of command (sorry if that was already said xD)

*never go too far from the other squads(one guy ran off and we couldn't find him untill he started shooting us over and over......
*never use a tired squad
