What Isn't a forum for disscussing matters at hand Durkee? Just because his forum is about our dedication to airsoft and checking this site at an educational branch doesn't make it clutter. It means we're dedicated and looking for change.

i am in accounting with sniper004 and my teacher/neighbor doesn't care that im on here. she just says thats why i put bells on the door.

yeah, OUR SCHOOL SUCKS we have
1 the health nazis(people who banned candy for 2 years and are trying again
2 principals(just wait I'll get a pic of them
3 everything is blocked !!!!

our school just had a bomb threat, it was in my 8th grade b-room so now the 8th grade guys room and all the 8th grades, no one else is punished, its a concentration camp. we have to sign out name first last exact time and date, walk to the broom, do the same there, go use the faculty broom, walk out, sign out. walk back down to class, sign in. It is horrible, and now we can't go anywhere during resource or study hall.

AHG that SUCKS!!!!!! (hawk has somthing that I want to say but can't)

The reason why some of you have access and some do not is because the server admin at the school had two options in how to block sites. They can create a white list, where you can only access certain sites and it blocks sites not on the list, but you can submit a request for a review. White lists are easier to maintain.

However most schools I know decided to go the hard way and set up a blacklist where they block popular gaming/networking sites like addicting games or facebook. However black lists are easier to hack and by pass and it relies on students/teachers to report inappropriate sites....psh. It also requires the admin to install spiders on the school network, making it really laggy, but to hunt for gaming flash applications and game engines like CSS or Project 64

Yep and btw JARHEAD did i tell you Lev's has our little lockdown thing. my study hall has this rule now where no one leaves and no one enters. and Mr Skari yelled at me and said he was ashamed. nd he never yells but yeah.

Our district has an IT building where they track every site people go on and records a video of what you see on your screen at what time. Anything potentionaly bad is brought to a human and they ban it.

In this day in age it's hard to be into guns without people thinking your a killer.

Couldent agree more. One of teachers is obsessed with hunting so I always talk to him about shotguns and rifle and stuff. Another one of my teachers has a brother that was in the Marines so I talk to him about the war and what weapons/vehicles he thinks we should use. Mean while the whole class is looking at us like we're crazy.
