| What would be a good choice for a 9.6v battery for my M14? | |

| Will that fit in an Echo1 Full stock mp5a4 RIS vector arms? That is awesome! And which determines your rate of fire? The volt of the maH? I think the voltage is the rof and the maH is how long it lasts? right? | |

| No, any 9.6 large type battery would not fit in the stock of a Vectors ARMS MK5A4, an 8.4 barely fits for me.
Maybe possibly a 9.6 mini would, try that?

- I bought 3 of these monsters and they are way worth every penny! You will have to take a wood chisel and knock out the supports inside the stock to fit it in but it's easy enough to do. I've put them into a Cybergun Thompson (whoa 10 times better), a JG SoCom M14 and a JG MP5 RAS model and it made good guns into GREAT guns with this minor mod.Be warned it adds weight too and will totally fill a full sized stock. This would be excellent for a SAW ond a battery bag.
What about this? It's a review from that website and said you have to knock out supports with a wood chisel? should I even bother doing that?

| I suppose you can do it, after all they don't do much. But one problem might be the fact is that the battery can make a loud rattle in the stock. Also the fact it might crush the fuse. if your going to put in a large or mini 9.6 in there, make sure you wrap it with something, so that it doesn't make noise, and won't crush the fuse. | |

| i think i might just hang with the 8.4, i have a 1500 maH in it right now, would any bigger (maH wise) still fit in the gun? Would a 4500 8.4 fit? | |

| I think so. I have a 1800 and it fits. But I heard someone got the 4500, and litterally have to take his stock off, to put it on, but I think thats a hoax. It might be able to fit, I'm not sure. but I know it would if you cut some of those supports off.
Wait, DON"T CUT THE SUPPORTS OFF. I was studying my stock, i was actually cutting the top supports off, I was able to do it, but only cut half of the top. The top supports are connected to the stock, if you rip them off, they can break the stock into two.
