Welcome everyone to our "Share Your Knowledge" forum. This forum was specifically designed for the more experienced players to share their knowledge and provide helpful advice to those who are newer to the sport of airsoft. Here's an example of a possible topic - "What's the difference between the various brands of BBs, sizes, and weights?" Everyone's input is welcome, but only the most thorough, clear, and concise topics will become "stickies." Before posting in this forum, please understand a few things:

1) This is not a chance for you to show off how much you really know. This is to benefit those players who need sound advice from those who are experienced in airsoft and know much about the sport. Because of this, please put your topics in an easy to read and understand format. This means check your grammar as well! If you have trouble with this, the moderators or administrators can assist you via PMs, or try downloading Mozilla Firefox. It automatically alerts you of most misspellings as you type.
2) Try to keep to common questions, like the example given earlier. This is NOT an area for gun upgrade guides and specific things of the sort. We're looking for more general topics.
3) This is NOT an area for ASKING questions! Remember, only answers to questions will be made topics. If you have a suggestion for a new topic, but either don't feel like writing it yourself or you simply aren't knowledgeable enough in that area, please PM Admin.
4) Please don't reply to topics unless you have something to add to it. No comments that don't improve the original topic please.

Here are some examples to get you started:

Explain various BB sizes, weights, and manufacturers
Advice for going to all day events
How to remain undetected
How to determine which gun is best for you
Unbiased comparison of the various brands of airsoft guns (brief history, location of manufacturer, models, quality, price scale, etc.)
Explain how a mechbox works, in general (with pictures)
Explain various movements of squads/platoons
Various ways to prevent fogging of goggles (based on actual experimentation)
Common terms with clear definitions (ex. Precision barrel, mechbox, AEG, etc.)

*try to use quality pictures when possible.

I realize some of these may take some serious time to complete, but they also will greatly benefit newcomers and the novice alike. Thank you and I hope this benefits everyone who visits Airsoft Forum 2.0!
