Anyone know how to get the orange tip off?
I'm not positive if its glued or if its screw on, someone know how to get it off?

yes it comes off and that is the flash hider that comes with it, the manual gives you a really stupid explanation on how to take it off, but the little lever you see on in, i just broke that part off and left the rest intact, then you can twist it off and put it back on whenever you like, also comes with a muzzle stopper thing hah to keep bb's from shooting off

Im sorry mike but i couldnt seem to find the flash hider, someone took it from me and lost it i guess
but breaking that small latch off should get it off and easily place it back on

how'd you break it?
Oh and did your gun have threading on it?
if so what size?

a pair of pliers and bit of elbow grease hah, just hook them around that little lever and start ripping... Yes the barrel underneath is threaded as for what size , i measured it with only a standard wooden ruler but i got in between 13 and 14mm
