| when me and my friends play airsoft, we usually play using tactics and other things but we usually use stealth and just do free for all. but when we rarely do play teams, it gets kind of boring when we just are constantly blasting at each other and just yelling hit hit hit. so we were discussing maybe some ideas, like some type of airsupport grenade or sumthing that would make an "explosion" in a given radius, like where u throw it and the enemy (if they see it) has ten seconds until the "airstrike" is called. i know this probably sounds really wierd but yeah, feel free to express your ideas. | |

| Sounds like you guys need to reinvent the way you play. No, its really not worth it because then you just get to the point where its like playing lightsaber battles with force powers. There's no way to prove or say that an individual was hit. | |

what i meant was like each team has a smoke grenade that they throw and when it starts poppin smoke, then the enemy team has 10 seconds to get to cover in a certain area, befroe the "plane" would bomb them out, but ya lol ur comment made me laff, ha ha.

| but what about the perimeter that they would have to get out of? couldnt they just assume they got away when theyreally didnt? then a brawl would proceed if they were out of the perimeter or not. | |

| i mean we would have like a maybe like 50 or 100 foot perimeter maybe, then like if they lied about it, they would get The Punishment as my team calls it, we have ways of dealin with cheaters ha ha, my friend has an m203 launcher and we never use it in games, but if someone cheats, they have to get it to the bum XD so ya. ha ha most of the time even if they didnt get out, they would still just say hey im not sure, but i think im hit so they say theyre out. | |

| ha ha ya thats why none of us do, and i honestly don't think any of them would, bewcause i mean even without that rule, they are still really honest guys so ya, but its there so we enforce it ha ha, and of course they had to test it on the leader before having to use this rule and naturally the leadert is me so ya tht was just abou thte most painful day of my life i could nt sit rite fore about 3 weeks XD | |

If they're prone to cheating...they should not be playing airsoft in the first place. Look, your idea is great...but you need to chose who your play with wisely for it to work. Another method that a milsim event I went to used was have a 'referee' scout the area of the 'airstrike' and tap people out. That way theres no cheating, no arguing, just a bunch of 'out' opfors

| My pleasure. Just remember that just about anything can be applied to milsim and wargaming...all you need is a little creativity and resourcefullness. *Sidenote: Howdy everyone from Sequoia Airsoft! Im out here for the next 3 weeks touring Northern California and parts of Nevada...seeing alot of airsofters and events along the way. The sport is certainly alive out here! Best regard, Spl. DURKEE. | |

| ya, me and my friends use tactics and stuff alot and stealth especially, because our team is mostly al sniping tactics, but when we play team games, it gets a little boring just usin a gun and walking around when u could call in support and other things, and i tried this out yesterday when playing against another team, and they played totally fair and said they might adopt the idea themselves | |
