| Ok. Try this. I used it on my mom. So they are all like why spend money when it'll break. That's where you say that to play the sport right you need to invest good money in it. It's like baseball. You buy a good bat to get a good hit. And track. You buy good shoes to get good grip and go farther.
That's the whole point. To go farther
Try it for me mate | |

| a couple of weeks ago, my mother would not let me buy any airsoft stuff at all. but i still needed safety equipment (facemask, etc.), and i told her, "you wan't me to be safe, but you won't let me buy safety equipment? that doesn't make sense." she ended up paying for my safety equipment. ncis, you need to sit down and have a long, calm discussion about it. | |

- O.K. your 13 and want to keep on Playing,
A few questions first before I give you the answer to get around this,
1, How many AS Guns have you owned or still have ?
2, How often would you Play ?
3, and this is the Biggie, Have you ever gotten in trouble with DAD for shooting your gun at something or somebody you were not suposed to ? 1.) uh...cheap springers in the past, maybe about 6 or 7 cheap springers and right now i have a sniper, ak47, and a co2 gun 2.) i play about once every two months ( that being there are not many people who want to play in my city ) 3.) NEVER but i can laugh at your question STORY TIME! when i got my first spring rifle it was the world to me, so we went up to my lake house and i put the gun on the table and told my dad to watch it. well, he picked it up and shot my sister in the butt with it ( it was about 300 fps ) and so he has trouble with his dad ( who owns the lake house, and was there at the time ), but i never have, AND NEVER WILL does that answer you question?

So what you need to do is tell you dad "Sorry dad, but you have proven in the past that you can't be trusted with decisions that focus around airsoft. When your older and more mature, then we'll talk." Then when he protest say "Do I have to call grandpa and have him send you to your room?" lol Seriously now, the first thing you need to do is to treat airsoft as if it were a major sport. Get the facts, select videos from scotthedoggie. Do some research (and we'll help you) that proves airsoft is not a game for small children (Small children being a relative term). The first fact being that in most states, you are required to be 18 to purchase an airsoft gun. Well, long story short, we'll take our time and get our story straight, then we can tackle this problem head on. If we just do some research, we should be able to change your dads mind.

| You ever invite your dad to take part in a Game ?? Well if you played more, here is what you do ( Going to get my parent licence revoked for this ) Get all your Buddies and Game Pals together, have them over every single day, and do as much possible to get in Dads way, but not to openly disturb ( there is an Art form here ), Sooner or later the question is qoing to come, `` Don´t you all have something better to do ? ´´, and here is where you use your powers of suggestion. We wanted to play AirSoft, but.... It may not work the first time, but believe me sooner or later it will, this also comes in handy when you have a Girlfriend/Fiancee ( Wife ), that is not into the game, and even better when you have differences over your next AS investment. ( Think of this as a Tactic, it does develop Teamwork, it has a goal to be acheived, and success or failure is determined by weather you continue to Play or Not, it´s all up to you ) | |
