Just wait til winter...we'll see alot of posts up in here saying "yes".

The whole swine flu "scare" meant nothing during summer, it's all about what happens this winter and if the current vaccine works. I understand theres a chance H1N1 will evolve during the winter months and develop an immunity to the "vaccine".

Although I'm quite sure It wont be the world-wide "OMG we're all gunna die" pandemic that most news coverage makes it out as, Im sure it will be noticeable. With all the media coverage, chaos at the first sign of outbreak will ensue.

hmm, i knida hope i do get it so i can say i had it and was involved in this huge "pandemic" but it supposidly not as bad as the regular flu its just that its unknown and that the human body isn't preparde for an unknown virus to invade, but i can take it, but so far No

I voted no, but I may have it, this cold like virus has been rapidly going through my school. Just a sinus infection but its enough to raise some concern about how fast it is spreading.

I can't wait for everyone to get it here.... wisconsin rich kids(differant from the rest trust me) and flu..... NEVER GOOD!

it probably wont because of the colder area. But why would you want that. It really really sucks from what ive heard.

Since several cases have been reported in Alaska I don't think it cares to much about the cold. As for the danger the fear is that it ivolves into somthing more dangerous eg spanish flu. Due to the speed and ease with which it spreads and the fact that it has a high tolerance to tempreature variation a mutated version would be devistating.

all i know is it aint as bad as it sounds.

Jarhead is right, it was like any other flu. I actually benefited from it because the doctor made me stay out of school for a whole week.
