Nice job man! You have officially scored a Paraclete style MOLLE vest. This was used by allot of Army SOF units during the 90's and even into the early 2000's. Normal Army and USMC units used these over their plate carriers during the same time period. You can still look on the old news broadcasts of the Iraq war and see Khaki versions being used.
I like the style.
