| This actually happened on Friday, but I thought I would be able to fix it with some resin. I guess I can't, haha. What happened is I had my rifle leaning against a wall with the bipod deployed. The rifle fell over, and when it did, the bipod hit the floor first. I had it lock-tited on, and it caused the plastic on the bottom of the handguard to crack a little, but just enough to cause problems, of course. So, I need a new handguard. I was thinking about this beastly piece of plastic. Do you guys know anything about that handguard? One thing in particular I'd like to know is whether or not it has holes for rails on the bottom. I can't really see from the pictures. | |

| Yeah, I would go with the first one because you can fit a large sized battery in there, I might buy that same hand guard, but I can't tell if theres railmounts on the bottom | |

| no it does not include rail mounts, but it is obviously compatible with railmounts for those that do already have them. | |

| So could I just drill some holes in the bottom and screw/washer in a bottom rail? That's basically what JG did with mine. | |

| No it should have the holes for you to mount a rail to the bottom from your other handguard. I was saying it is a better design. | |

| Oh, okay, yeah, that's what I want. One of the main reasons I'm buying the handguard is so I can put a vertical grip on. | |
