Go with the Echo 1 version for only $25 more. You never quite know what kind of shape a JG will be in when you get it.

Absolutly, I have heard only great things about this type of gun even though its made by JG its a fantastic rifle.

Honestly, a Majority of people (gun techs especially) all say that the Echo 1 is the exact same as the JG.
But honestly, I think the only difference would be the warranty card, and I do believe, echo 1 adds metal bushings to the gearbox.

So indeed the Echo 1 would be better, but IMHO, you can buy metal bushings for 10 bucks and install it yourself in the JG MK36C, but if you prefer to have them pre-installed WITH a warranty card, go for the echo 1

Echo 1 and JG guns are practically the same. Echo 1 just has better quality control than JG has.

Im actually getting the Echo 1 G36c for Christmas, Ive heard that guns by JG tend to jam a lot and some of the parts aren't as well made.
