| Oohrah, Semper Fi, Do or Die, my friend! Thanks! But we're getting off topic now. Sorry, I'm to blame for that one. | |

| Drummer it's k if it's a starter rifle because they are cheap and get the job done, they are just to common. Also i would sugest a sig 552 or whatever the numbers are.
As for you jarhead depending on how much your willing to spend, I'm thinking a TM Famas would look betiful in your hands, or maybe that other one by that other company (only 2 companys make em that i know of) and put the money you would spend on the rifle into internal upgrades. | |

| I think the other company you're talking about is Jing Peng or JP. That's the only other FAMAS I've heard of besides a Big5 brand clear springer. I checked out ASGI's SIGs and the JG which is the only one in my price range, seems to be better for CQB... I rarely ever play close quarters so I think the JG G3 is the one for me but thanks anyway | |

| Pardon my mistake, yes the 552 is cqb, i ment the 550, its lighter then the g3 and a little smaller so it's easier to manuver with | |

| Yes, the Sig 550 is not a bad choice. I was looking at it before I bought my G36C. However, the 550 is a full sized rifle, lonesniper, and not a carbine. The 552 is the carbine. I've looked at the FAMAS in the past, but there's just not the same type of upgrades as the SCAR, M16/4, or even the AUG A3. Since it is not a widely used rifle, there's just not the same amount of stuff for it. I have been looking at FNCs a little bit too, but from what I've read, they're just not that great for AS. | |

| Well whatever you guys like, have you look at the FAL, ehh i think a scar wouldn't look bad either but make sure it's tan like the real ones. I give up on AEGs a long time ago, they are cheaper then a sniper rifle in the long run, but also more parts to break, and wires don't like me at all ha. | |

| Yeah, the FNC is the Carbine version of the FAL. I've always liked the way the "Right Arm of the Free World" looked. | |

| I think the reason that everybody has M16/AK-47s is that because they are so popular, they have become pretty cheap. Also, they are very easy guns to replicate, all they are is metal and wood, and maybe some plastic, Where as the AUG or G36 are hard to replicate and have a large plastic body (which is a turnoff to some people) Also, the upgradability, especially with the M-16, and the things that can be used on the M-16. Also, if youve noticed, just about every mag pouch on a standerd vest is made to fit M-16 mags. | |

| The reason you can't find BAR-10 mag pouches is cuz they aren't modeled after the real steel's magazines. Theyre differet size and shape, thus even if you found an M700 magazine pouch, it probably wont work for a your B-10. | |

| Most M700 pouches actually wont fit, they are made for the larger 10rn mags usually. What you need are some 9mm pistol pouches. These fit VSR mags like a glove.
