| Yeah take the hop-up and barrel out, and watch a video on how to do it correctly. Should be good to go after that. | |

| Okay I see the problem. Your bucking is supposed to flap over the barrel, not have any buldges at all. This flap is what completes the seal once the bb is inside the barrel. And it will keep it from sliding down the barrel while your trying to put it in.
It will still be tough once you have the bucking correctly in place. I take a small amount of vaseline and rub it on the outside of the bucking so it smoothly slides into the hop up.

Wait, I have a very tiny bit hanging over the barrel. Should I move the bucking down so the opening at the top of the barrel is open? Thanks for help

| No when you put the bucking on...keep going until it starts to bulge, adjust its position so that there is no bulge at all. | |

| Okay, I've got the barrell in right, now it's shooting worse than it did with the old barrell. Is it because the new barrell is too long? | |

| 1,Double check the Position of your Buckling and Nubbing again, it may take a few tries to get it right,
2, Check to see that the Hop is not turned to its max,
3, Have you upgraded the quality of BB´s to match the new TB, cheap BB´s are usualy grossly out of Round and over diameter

| Without letting you steal this thread. Yes you should be able to install a bucking without these problems, as long as the bucking is not too hard, and your trying to fire a bb that is jammed up because of the bucking. Or excessive dryfiring will cause the tappet plate to break. My advice for a bucking on a stock JG M4 or similar brand, Prometheus purple bucking, they work perfectly with stock set ups and adding a big out H nub will give your hop up a significantly wider range of control. Back to the thread topic, K1ng here is a link to a replacement tappet plate for your P90, http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=31_167&products_id=3652 And yes this will mean disassembling the Version 6 mechbox for the repair. There are many guides online to DiY or you can take it to a trusted airsoft tech. Before buying the tappet plate, I would check to see if it is broken, I don't have the gun on my table, G0d knows if the cylinder head broke in half or something. | |
