| It's a PEQ battery box. (AN/PEQ-2). If you want an RIS on your M4 you have to store the battery in a PEQ. That is unless you want your gun rewired to put the battery in a crane stock. | |

| Haha that will be the day...
Even if they were the size of 1 or 2 regular battery cells and had a micro connector, I would be the happiest guy on earth... Getting a PEQ box is the only factor keeping me from buying an RIS.

| The thing is, I don't want a PEQ box at all.. even if it has a real laser. I don't play CQB so lasers won't help me. | |

| haha, I learned recently CQB is very fun! for it i'd recommend a Iron face anyways as far as PEQ laser, I use lasers at night since some of our hosted OPs last into the night or all night | |

| m4 and m16 and I don't have a german loadout lol just like to show where my roots are my LBV is still being set up for CQB and sr12 use, needing a dual AK mag pouch, a rolley polley pouch and a ammo pouch, as far as pistol holster for CQB i use a blackhawk serpa holster made for 1911 right hand use

| Yeah we do ops at night as well...problem is a laser works both ways..especialy if theres a bit of fog in the air. i use iron sights for night games for that reason. As for CQB..the fields here don't realy have much opurtunity for it..and when you do it sucks becouse people use heaviliy upgraded SAW's ect..ouch | |

| Red dots > Laser
IR laser and receiver > both

| i would only use a red dot for CQB, I use a holosight or scope for the field | |

| for night you should use one of those L shaped flash lights, that come with the filters. The red filter is almost impossible to see but it gives you the light to see at some distance, mostly good for seeing whats happing on your person.
Anyways I confused my self, I see no need or use for a laser, you can see shadows no matter what, and the likely hood of playing in pitch dark is almost impossible

I've been looking at it, but haven't found any independent reviews on it yet. If I can't find a review soon, I'll just get it, test it, and review it myself. Since I'm already planning on placing an order, it's only $8.50 to me.

| The save phace masks are horrible. Unless you have the smallest face in the world, you will not be able to breathe in it. You also can't get your head down onto your stock very easily. | |
