| I believe the guy in 28 Weeks Later was 101st or 82nd, one of the two. You may wish to look at his gear. I'll try to find a pic. | |

| He was a sniper. Here's one that might help. I can't completely tell what sort of plate carrier he's got, unfortunately. | |

| What time period do you want to do? your kinda limiting yourself to 80's-2004/5 kits which all look very similar.
Anything after 2005 you would need something like ACU's. It may be kinda expensive to buy ACU but it makes the actual kit less expensive(for the most part).
Also, the sniper in 28 weeks later was "delta force", although I believe the normal soldiers were fictitiously from the 82nd...

| ehh, im looking for a modernday loadout, but I'm modifing it with woodland colors, ACU does not work in colorado for were i play, once i get the money im going to buy an ABU so it's more airforce stlye, pretty much i need to know the main things, i can pick up a high quality MOLLE vest for 20 dollars, i just need to know all the pouches and stuff that will make it look like a 101 set up. | |

| 101st doesn't use ABU. Only the Air Force uses ABU. | |

| Well for a more modern kit (Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom period) Its would either be a RBA with ALICE LC2 gear(I could list some possible ALICE pouches), or a IBA/IOTV with M24 pouches+ whatever everyone else has on them at the time. Ie, if its a foot patrol the sniper would have a rucksack. etc etc etc.
Also, BTW the 101st doesn't carry allot more than the other army divisions.

| I think you're confusing yourself with the Air Force Security Force or Air Force Combat Controllers.
The gear you listed (lonesniper) seems to be more along those lines ^^^
ACU, alice, M24, and pack. Honestly without those staples (plus 101st patches), nobody is going to notice you're going for an airborne package.

| There really isn't that much of a difference of 101st compared to other divisions | |

Precisely. If you were going with a WWII 101st loadout, you could have some serious fun and really stand out...
