| http://www.airsoftmegastore.com/JG_SG_3_T3_K3_Full_Metal_Gearbox_AEG_Rifle_p/jg-100-t3k3.htmI've been looking around and the sites with lower prices have higher shipping prices, but the sites with higher prices have lower shipping prices, making this gun about $155 no matter where you buy it from. The only advantage i would get by buying it from airsoftmegastore would be the free spring 1911 i would get, which i could then sell somewhere for $30-50, so that makes the gun $100-120 if i buy from there. Theres also a chance i may like the pistol, and i'll have gotten it for free!

| Just going to warn you now, from what I understand, the G3 series of rifles are EXTREMELY difficult to work on. Any particular reason why you want a G3? | |

| No particular reason, it just seems like a good choice. It has a good ROF and good FPS | |

| I've heard a lot of good things about that gun, but the price seems very low... It's usually about $140 or $150. | |

| The gun is almost entirely plastic. It really is a piece of crap. If you read the reviews...you'll find real quickly that all the people buying them are noobs. - Quote :
- I use it for blind shooting and I nailed my friend in the forehead once!
It tore up his skin pretty bad! - Quote :
- I just got this gun for Christmas and it is sick! It shoots really fast and it's very accurate. Just remember if you get this gun to take off the cover on the top of the barrel.

- i just ordered this gun recently and i can't wait to get it. its my first aeg and its going to own the game field.
Those don't exactly sound like informed buyers. Take it from me, it'll be a waste of $$$.

| I own a Ks P90 and it is a great buy. It chrono'd at 410 when i went to a zombie op. It is really accurate at i say mid to short range. I got the one with a built in red dot which i don't reccomend that model because my red dot is smudged on the inside idk how. None of the tech guys around my area know how to fix it, but it is a great gun. Just go with the ABS model it is true to it's real steel version. | |

| i think it could be a great choice if i practice on getting close to the enemy. If theres one thing i suck at its stealth. I suppose i could practice by dressin up in my airsoft outfit and sneakin up on my bro and scarin the crap outta him | |

Be careful running an AEG for CQB with that kind of FPS. It's likely to hurt someone. Typically I would say stay under 350 FPS if you are looking for a designated close quarter rifle.

| yeah thats what sucks about it. I was not able to engage enemies in the building so i had to stay outside with my squad and protect the medic | |

| by close i don't mean within 20 feet. Just close enough that a well aimed 5 round burst will hit the person 3 out of 5 shots. Im not sure how far that would be with that gun. I'm guessing this gun is reasonably accurate, but the short barrel is sure to hinder the accuracy. I decided to get the one with the rail instead of the built in dot. I would also like to get the long barreled one but that is currently out of stock. I will see if its out of stock when i can actually get it and maybe i will get that one. Im also a little concerned about the mag capacity and i looked at the high cap, but it looks like it would be difficult or impossible to wind it while its in the gun. Should i get 2 of the 68 rounds, or get a high cap? Would i get at least 68 shots everytime i wind the high cap? if so then thatd be much better. | |

| I wouldn't get the one with the built in red dot. I've heard the red dot are worthless. Besides, with a built in red, you don't get to throw on even better optics later on | |

| Im much more interested in the long barrel one. If the fps is too high for CQB, then why not make the barrel longer and use it kind of like an assault rifle? I think i would also get a long mock silencer on the front and that would give it a good long barrel. | |

| I wouldn't do that. Do what I did. I just took my rifle down to the field and had the technician there at the field cut down the spring. Now it's firing nice and low for CQB.
IMHO, the civie version of the P90 is ugly looking. It's like a slap in the face to Fabrique Nationale

| maybe i'll do that. It depends on how much they would charge to do that. Wouldnt that also cut the range a bit? I don't want to only be able to use it for CQB. About how many FPS would it be after they do that? | |
