| Hey guys I need some help on deicding my role. When we play airsoft the teams are 4 on 6. I play on the four man team and I play as a commander sora speak. Now these kids don't really now to much tactics except run and gun or what ever I tell them( there basically mentally handicapped puppys). Now I love sniping and I am pretty good at (not trying to be a jerk about it). So what should I do
A) become a sniper and leave my team out to dry
B)Forget sniping and command the team
C) become a some sort hybrid sniper/commander
D) other | |

| D) Other
Establish a team leader and teach him tactics and how to lead. Trust me, I've been there, haha. There tend to be a lot of mentally handicapped puppies at my field; the key is to just be patient and to teach them. Remember, we were all there once, even if we don't want to remember it, haha | |

| Haha wow your story sounds alot like mine. I am the Division Commander of a Death Dealers team (we are a national team with different divisions all over the country, and even one in canada!) I am a sniper, but as Division Commander my teamates looked to me for guidance. SO i did what all great Commanders have done since the first military. I trained someone else to do what i couldnt. As a sniper i am either forward into enemy territory or back behind my team providing support. We keep in touch via two-ways, but i have full faith in my second in command. So do what Jarhead said | |
