Now I love sniping and I am pretty good at (not trying to be a jerk about it). So what should I do

D) Other

Establish a team leader and teach him tactics and how to lead. Trust me, I've been there, haha. There tend to be a lot of mentally handicapped puppies at my field; the key is to just be patient and to teach them. Remember, we were all there once, even if we don't want to remember it, haha

Haha wow your story sounds alot like mine. I am the Division Commander of a Death Dealers team (we are a national team with different divisions all over the country, and even one in canada!)

I am a sniper, but as Division Commander my teamates looked to me for guidance. SO i did what all great Commanders have done since the first military. I trained someone else to do what i couldnt. As a sniper i am either forward into enemy territory or back behind my team providing support. We keep in touch via two-ways, but i have full faith in my second in command.

So do what Jarhead said Laughing
