| Hey guys, I'm currently working on a new "rocket launcher"...hopefully modelled after the AT4.
So I want some info...
I haven't worked with green gas grenades, so I have loads of questions: --"Exact" specs. (Length, width, weight, etc.) --Reliability (From your experiences) --Best ones for "AP" (fires BB's) --Best ones for "AT" (to fire large caliber BB's or Nerf football) --Muzzle velocity (average FPS of BB's) --Performance (how far do you think I could chuck a Nerf football-style projectile)
And if any of you have any specs or info on the REAL AT4 recoilless smoothbore weapon: --"Exact specs. (Length, width, weight, etc.) --Blueprint or layout guide? --Bore caliber --Maybe a close-up on the "trigger" assembly (as viewed from the outside)
I'll keep you updated on the project!

--Reliability (From your experiences) madbull shells are very reliable, if this is what your asking? --Best ones for "AP" (fires BB's) Buy the madbull paintball shell, and use it for both AT and AP. AP would use some form of sabot, like wad of paper towel with BB's in it. AT would be just the shell and a nerf ball. This is the best shell to use for launching nerf and or other foam projectiles. --Muzzle velocity (average FPS of BB's) varies greatly from shell to shell and also depends on the weather conditions(beyond hot/cold, eve rainy/dry) --Performance (how far do you think I could chuck a Nerf football-style projectile) 100+ft depending on your projectile. Could be more if you arch it etc.
And if any of you have any specs or info on the REAL AT4 recoilless smoothbore weapon: --"Exact specs. (Length, width, weight, etc.) --Blueprint or layout guide? --Bore caliber --Maybe a close-up on the "trigger" assembly (as viewed from the outside) sorry, can't give you any of this.
I'll keep you updated on the project! Answered in red. sticks

sticks Awsome, ya that pretty much settled all my doubts and concerns about using green gas. My past builds have been strictly compressed air...but I'm realizing more and more that green gas is the simpler way to go...and with gg, you can market the item better (for the average airsofter its easier to get your hands on green gas than an air compressor). Still need some info on the shell's dimesions...ASGI/Evike/etc. don't include that in the product description. Thanks again. IMAGE HEAVY BEYOND THIS POiNT!!! WARNING!!!SPECS:Length: 101.6 cm (40 in.) Weight: 6.7 kg (14.75 pounds) Bore diameter: 84 mm Sorry about the picture being so huge...wouldnt let me change size.
