| so i was looking at this to replace my plate carrier for long OPs, even with the cummerbund gone its still a VERY heavy vest. anyone know anyhting about the metal gear ciras? http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?cPath=30_165&products_id=29971my main questions are: is it coyote tan or bright desert tan? and how light is it when fully loaded with 8 mags? will it fit nicely (5' 11", 170 pounds) | |

| It looks like coyote brown, but I can't be certain without seeing it first hand. Is there any particular reason why you want a CIRAS? Because if it's a lightweight, highly maneuverable rig you want, check out 5.11's stuff. It's CB, and it's real steel. I recommend this one. I'd look at this vest if you want more MOLLE real estate. 5.11 makes excellent gear. I own two double STANAG mag pouches by them that I wear on my rig, and they've held up very nicely. There's a reason Law Enforcement swears by 5.11 | |

| Hmmm...It only says made of highest quality nylon/cordura but it may not be of 1000 D cordura and the pouches it comes with is not removable. Like jarhead said, I'd wait for what sticks has to say | |
