| How do I install a selector switch into my G&G M4A1 (GR16)? I broke it off of the gun in the first place. I would like a link and/or a how to guide. PLEASE find someone who knows how to install this. It will cost me $150 to send it to Wisconsin to get it repaired if I cannot figure this out!! I also need to find a selector switch that is compatible with this gun. I have emailed every website I know of, and none of them have replied, or they don't know how to solve my problem. Thank you! | |

| I generally assumed the switch would break into 2 parts and then put the back part inside the receiver and attach it onto the front piece which would be outside the receiver...?
If not then I'm clueless.

Are we talking about the selector plate, actual switches on the body or the switch assembly above the trigger?

| The switch on the body. Safe, Semi, Auto-- the switch that is like a circle with a stick out of it. | |

| You need to remove the `` Dummy Button ยดยด on the right side of the lower reciever first, most are glued in, the slector is held in by either a Phillips or allen screw, remove screw, replace with new parts, all done.
P.S., most of the dummy buttons can be pushed out with the finger, takes a bit of strength. but it should pop right out.
