| Well AS is expencive we all know that, working helps pay for it but im going to give up on finding a team, i'm going mercinary again. if people like my idea they can join but the team is going to be mercinaries no uniform structure you get paid and help the team Mercinary Recon Force. Mission is to work hard and help out more structured teams. main goal, help conquore get paid. Members: Lonsniper Role: Sniper/Spotter Rank: Confidential Camo: Army Combat Uniform Field Name: N/A Location: Anywhere needed in the state of Colorado Payment: Up to contractor Moto: Your face and my BB have a date in 3 seconds Team PatchAbout the Team: Due to not being able to find/make a team, I have decided to go back into the mercenary business. I will allow others to join and become a member making a bigger team. I will allow the contracting team to make a choice on the how they would like to make a payment. this can include: BB's, Guns, Unwanted Equipment, Becoming allies, or taking me (we) to private games. Some things Contractors must know- All mercenaries on the team like to play the sport and will play any position needed. (note mercenaries are best at there posted position)
- Theres no uniform Structure, meaning we all may have different camos, so don't plan on having us look like you guys
- We are proud of the MRF, we wear this patch and this patch only we will not sponsor your team, we will just help
- We understand Most hand singles, and radio transmission.
- We do not tolerate bad attitudes towards the team, meaning you talk smack, we will get your name out there saying not to play with you

| If you're bringing in actual money, ie cash, credit, check, whatever the hellit is, you're gonna have to pay taxes on it. So unless you pay taxes, you are running an illegal operation | |

| i never said money i said get paid, this could mean any type of thing, most people in colorado don't pay us with cash, it's usually extra BBs guns unwanted gear, and if it is money well most people have broke the law then, you can't say you have never been give or found money before. and if it were to be money it will be like 5 dollars max. i like to do bartering though, i could take 5 dollars, or i can get like a new rifle or scope that cost more then 5 dollars. | |

| Actually you only have to file taxes if you make more than $400. That's why cash raffle prizes are always taxed, so if you get a "$1000 1st Prize" you really get like $915.
10 year olds earning 10 bucks for mowing a lawn don't pay taxes. A 15 year old playing a game and earning $5 won't have to either. Unless of course he makes more than $400 in a year (or 6 months, or whatever the heck it is).

| I thought you'd be playing for higher amounts of money ($20 per game or something), sorry, haha. As long as you're playing for gear and very small amounts of money, I guess it would be fine. | |

| I have an idea, Lonesniper... If the field you play at charges an admission fee, maybe you could have the team you are playing for pay your admission and in return you give them your services | |

| I thought being an airsoft "Mercinary" wasn't worth it because most people will either go without you or find a 12 year old and hand him an AK
BTW Its "Reign" | |

| i think the whole mercenary thing is pointless. i doubt many people will pay anyone regardless of skill to play with their team. if they want another player than they might just ask some random kid or someone else if they would like to join them for a bit. as for playing alone, its really difficult but it allows you to be very versatile without dragging 10 teammates along with you. you can run right into the fire like a mad man or take a stealthy approach. a very slow but steady pace is what you need. if you see an enemy, don't pointlessly engage. just try to go around or another way. basically playing a lone is all reflex. you have to have crazy reflexes because you don't have someone watching your back. so you have to watch your own back. as a sniper, your pistol is your best friend. if you are in a heavily wooded area or a building, it would be wise not to use a big bulky one shot spring sniper, when you can use a quick shooting gas or electric pistol. even with an aeg i prefer my pistol for clearing buildings, its small its light, and of course very fun to use. Also one man teams require a lot of listening. you don't just tread into unknown territory. its very helpful to just sit and listen for a minute or 2, it can help you identify enemy movement, or can give you a sign that the coast is clear..... thats all i can think of at the moment | |

I sure wouldn't buy a player, just get better as a team instead.

| TYeah "buying" or paying for a player is pointless. I like the mercanry idea but id rather ask a 10 yr old first timer who sucks ass then someone my age or older who i have to pay. Good idea just no one will pay you... | |

| agreed. a ten year old with no skill is just as likely to get someone out as a person who has actual skill in a straight fire fight. | |

| haha yeah, a 1000 bbs lasts me a while i only take 200 bbs and thats each game, i normally have a bunch left over afterwards. now target practice, i will go through about 10,000 in an hour on a day i want to shoot. | |

| ok well for the whole lone person thing, thats what I do, I hate having to worry about other people out there, the only person i ever take with me is my friend Alex who also snipes, because he knows stealth. Nothing gets on my nerves more than someone whos gonna run and gun with an aeg and then tags along with me making all kinds of noise.
Anyways, Im a loner on the field. I take a radio and go, stay in touch with the rest of my team and do what i do.
