| Hey all, as you know, a while ago I purchase the ASGI Blazing Hog G4-A2. It came pre equipped with a 363mm 6.03 tbb. I was looking to upgrading the inner barrel to a 510mm 6.01 m16 length inner barrel. Now by this picture You can see that the current 363 barrel sticks out of the outer barrel by about 2 inches. I was looking to put a barrel extender on the end of my outer barrel to cover up the 510 barrel. What size extension should I get to cover it? | |

| Thats what I was looking at, but I was trying to figure if I could get a better fit than sticking an extra 8.25 inches onto my barrel or would that fit perfectly? | |

| Well, unless you want 7+ inches of a silver tube jutting out of your gun, that's all you can do...
...You could get an M16 length outer barrel and handguards/RIS, but I don't know if you want to mod your gun that much. Can I ask why you bought a CQB replica if you were going to make it so long..?

| hah was not expecting to want it to be longer, it was just spur of the moment idea. But right now it is shooting great and far, but I just want that extra length | |

| Turns out, I am converting it into a DMR/Sniper Rifle putting in a 550mm 6.01 tbb and a 12 inch or so barrel extension, also getting some new mount rings for my scope. Can't wait for it to come. I will actually post pics this time hah and since it is summer, perhaps I can get a good test fire out of it. Do you guys think that a G&G combat machine m4 for its base (It is an AirsoftGI G4-A2 Blazing Hog) could handle a m135 spring on single fire? (sorry for the double post didn't want to start a new topic) hopefully it will look somewhat like this. | |

| I'd say grab the ASGI G4-A5 DMR instead of the Hog...its virtually identical to your planned rifle except for the silencer. Nay, it IS identical to your planned AEG (in the picture in your above post), minus the silencer and scope... Just some food for thought | |

| hah yup spl. durkee I do already have the hog, but to answer my other question, do you think the G&G base would be able to hold up to a m135 on single shot? | |

| Know what the base gun for the Blazing Hog is, though? Like what kind of motor/gearbox they have in that thing?
From videos looks like it's running 18+ RPS... was tempted to buy one, but they didn't have them in stock last time I was in the market.

| Did they put anything special in it, though? A stock CM4 doesnt shoot that fast. I'm assuming they put in a high speed motor or something? | |

| If I'm reading this right, and you're only using semi-auto...I'm pretty sure you'll be fine witha M130, probably an M140. | |

| While I do value your input m14, I am going to wait to see what the staff at ASGI says to me about the upgrades because if I DO put an m140 in it, I am also going to want to convert it back to a cqb type gun without having to put a new spring in it. I will be keeping the cqb barrel and flash hider, so I can just do a quick takedown at the field and switch it up if needed.
By the way~ Interview for a job coming up tomorrow! Hopefully I will have some type of an income now! Making airsofting easier.
