| I want to show you all the field I will be playing at on Saturday. To see more heres the link to the Photobucket account https://s261.photobucket.com/albums/ii41/nightgunner01/MOUT/I am going to be playing more CQB (which isn't my thing I hate it but oh well)\ Let me remind you this is a national guards MOUT (Military Operations on Urban Terrain) so it is going to be played at a military base it's self. My load out is going to be my cross draw with my pouches that are on my ALICE rig. due to the fact it's CQB I want the most protection possible. I would love some feed back on what you guys think, and I am going to try to get some pics of the event if possible. Could some of you give me some tips on CQB it's just not my thing I tend to freeze up when things get a little to close for comfort. So I just need some tips. I won't be playing with C.A.T.S. I am going to be playing with a Denver team that is going to make a 3 hour trip to play with us. | |

| Umm sad to say this isn't a local field for me it's 2 hours from my house about. haha but I think it's worth it the team leader doesn't mind picking me up and taking me there no cost for gas fees so all I really have to do is wake up at 5am, spend two hours getting ready for everything (make lunch breakfast all that good stuff) he will be here at about 7 we go there then we have to follow this schedule exactly
0845-0900 Players Meet Lex in town (Lex is the leader of this event) 0900 Players Depart gas station for the field (the gas station is where we will meet before we go to the MOUT) 0930-1000 Players pay entry fee and check-in 1000-1030 ALL weapons go through Chrono station 1030-1045 Safty/Operational briefings 1045-1100 Teams move to establish CPs 1100 Game on!
and this will go to 7pm so it's an eight hour game | |

| Here are a few tips for you since you're a CQB newb. Just keep a cool head and think logically. Check doorways before you move through them, don't stand in front of windows, don't needlessly expose yourself (hehe), and be sure your mags are wound if you're using hi-caps. If you're hit, just keep your hands and rifle in the air while you walk back to the respawn point. Yell "dead man moving out" before entering alleyways and the like. If you're moving through an area where you think you'll get shot and you're already out say "dead man moving through (enter place name here)". If you're hit, say "good hit" to the person who got you; it's just a nice thing to do. | |
