| Here are some pictures and information of the real weapon. http://world.guns.ru/assault/as70-e.htmHere is the (way too expensive) airsoft model. http://www.airsplat.com/Items/ER-VFC-SCAR-TAN.htmAs most of you know i have a few airsoft guns but i do not like to scimp on quality. My ICS MP5 SD5 isn't cutting it for those longer range firefights. I have come to interest in this weapon for the fact that it is getting tested (or about to get used) just for special forces. Now this model is a little cheaper and it still looks like it has decent specs, or nothing some modding wont fix! This one i think is still out of were I want to pay. http://www.airsplat.com/Items/ERA-CA-SCAR-020.htm(yes i know both links from airsplat) Now in my personal opinion i think the Classic Army Scar is more appealing. | |

| Ive heard bad things about the VFC Scar L from many different people. There's been 2 threads alone on airsoftohio about the lemmons people got. The guy who sold me my G-spec had a friend that had one that locked up after 13 shots. However I've heard very few complaints about the CA Scar. One of those was about the limited battery space in the gun. But since you play with an Mp5(full stock?) you should be pretty used to it. You can buy a bigger stock that holds a semi large battery but it's pretty expensive. There really nice guns, I'm thinking about picking up a Scar H in a little and use it as a DMR when I can't be a sniper. Theres always the echo 1, they didn't skimp on quality at all... They just need a H version. Nah TM should make an H version . Good luck with the gun. sticks | |

| The new link still isn't working for me. However, the old link wasn't necessarily dead, but you do keep attaching your final word with your actual link. For example, if your sentence went like this: "Here is my link http://www.link.com."You'll type this: "Here is my linkhttp://www.link.com."See the difference? It's easy to fix, but it does mess up the link for other users. Anyway, fix the link - I'm interested to see it | |

| The best one I have seen is the VFC, as you mentioned it is quite pricey... I have read some good reviews on the Echo 1 version... that is your good cheap alternative. | |
